As the largest AIDS Service Organization in the Rocky Mountains, Colorado AIDS Project believes that our mission to prevent HIV infection and improve lives affected by HIV and AIDS extends beyond client service. Colorado AIDS Project advocates on issues that directly relate to our mission. These issues run the gamut from health insurance to comprehensive sex education.

We know that every 9 1/2 minutes, another person in the United States in diagnosed with HIV, and we know that we can stop it. We believe that through our advocacy efforts we can have a significant impact on those numbers.
